Jane Barrett
Head of Career and Leadership Coaching
Jane leads an experienced team that specialises in career and leadership coaching. MBTI qualified and a graduate of coaching programmes both in the UK and USA, Jane has been involved in the field of talent management for over fifteen years. She founded Workmaze Ltd in 1999 to supply career information and career coaching to executives primarily though business schools and their alumni. In 2010 she co-authored the book If Not Now, When?: How to Take Charge of Your Career published by A & C Black.

Mike Elliott
Managing Director
Mike is responsible for all aspects of developing the Workmaze brand, and ensuring that we continue to provide the highest standards of service to our business school clients. He has a background in international licensing; having worked with brands such as Disney, Coca Cola, Jaguar, Slazenger, the 1996 Olympic Games and the 1994 World Cup. Mike has lived and worked in the USA and the Far East for many years and is currently based in London.

Nicola Selwood
Marketing Manager
Nicola leads the team of Workmaze researchers who work on the MBA Recruitment Guides. She has previously worked for Pearson Education, responsible for domestic and international marketing of educational resources to schools and colleges. In addition, she mentored marketing colleagues in other areas of the business and was involved in the development and promotion of an internship programme, as part of a company wide diversity project. Nicola is CIM qualified and has also worked in manufacturing, telecommunications and leisure.

Corjanne
Corjanne was a member of the management team within the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley and subsequently held a senior HR position with UBS. Responsibilities included senior recruitment, staffing, succession and resource planning, career development and coaching. Now a consultant for a number of organisations, including INSEAD - Paris and London Business School.

Catherine
Catherine was previously a recruitment manager for Accenture and currently delivers interview practice at London Business School. She has coached business school students for 9 years and provides image and career coaching to private individuals and groups.

Camilla was previously an Operations Director for Norman Broadbent and an experienced career coach who has worked with students and alumni from many leading business schools including Bath, Warwick and Vlerick - Belgium.

Lizzie
Lizzie is an independent consultant who has worked in recruitment and related areas for the past 10 years. She was the UK Graduate and MBA Recruitment Manager for Arthur D Little Management Consultants before moving to Shell International as MBA Recruitment Manager. Also has experience as a Selection Interview Skills Trainer, working with clients in private equity, oil and gas, education and the charitable sector.

Barbara
Barbara works as a Management and Development Consultant. She has a background in resourcing and has worked with ExxonMobil, HSBC, Vodafone, PwC and AstraZeneca to support undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment and selection activity.

Yvonne
Yvonne was previously Managing Consultant for Penna plc with many years experience of career coaching, interview skills training and recruitment and assessment, including delivering career management sessions for Bradford University Management School. Yvonne now runs her own consultancy, people-factors, where she works with a number of different organisations as a career coach and assessor.

Charlotte
Charlotte is an ex Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, working within the HR Consulting practice. She now works in partnership offering HR and development solutions to clients including support for resourcing activity e.g. defining competencies, developing assessment material and assessing candidates. Her clients include AstraZeneca, Toyota, Alpha Retail and Huddersfield University.

Tammie
Tammie has worked with UBS AG as Global Marketing Manager in HR, developing their global recruitment programmes, including MBAs. She led the hiring team for all global MBA applications into Europe and interviewed for Asia and the Americas at Harvard, MIT, INSEAD, LBS and others. Has also been a HR consultant with Salomon Smith Barney.

Jon
Jon is an accomplished career coach with 15 years work experience. He started his career with six years in marketing and advertising, followed by four years running his own successful recruitment consultancy. For the last six years he has been running a successful Career and Executive Coaching business. In his work as an Executive Coach, Jon coaches senior people in organisations around performance and leadership incorporating Emotional Intelligence techniques. He has run Executive Coaching Programmes for Santander, Smiths Industries and Channel 4.

Antoinette
Antoinette is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 20 years experience in a professional, commercial environment. Her expertise spans training, management, leadership and career development coupled with generalist HR and board-level experience. She has worked for some of the world’s leading multinational organisations including P&G, Accenture and Avanade (a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft).
Antoinette has helped over 1000 business leaders manage their careers and develop their leadership skills.
