Getting interviews and what to expect
A clear understanding of what you bring to an employer is crucial in today’s job market. The majority of companies interview against competencies. Competencies are often soft skills which are difficult to assess from looking at a CV which deals more with the hard facts. Competency based interview questions measure candidates against competencies such as:
