Our Executive Coaching Practice has grown from our work with Executive MBAs and alumni at several leading business schools where we are preferred suppliers. For several years we have been a supplier of facilitation on the 'Developing your managerial competence' module on the Bath Executive MBA working with senior managers in NHS, Motorola, Barclaycard and Ministry of Defence amongst others.

Our coaches design our training programmes and coaching to meet the requirements of our clients. All our qualified coaches have extensive practical experience, many of which have worked with us for years and had exemplary feedback from clients. Occasionally we draw on a wider pool of coaches and these have been recruited by us, using a two-step recruitment process.
